Ask Molla is a service of Azemi LLC, Batesville, Arkansas ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact and business details you give us when you sign up: restaurant name, owner name, mobile number, email and business address.
- Information needed to set up supplier accounts, entered only through our secure form: tax ID, a copy of a government ID, and supplier account logins.
- Your orders, invoices, order guides and supplier prices, and the text messages, photos and emails you exchange with us.
- Public information about your restaurant such as hours, menu and reviews.
How we use it
- To compare supplier prices for your restaurant and text you the results.
- To help open and maintain your supplier accounts, with your permission.
- To keep a history of your orders and prices so our service improves over time.
- To send you alerts, reports and service messages by text.
Text messaging
By signing up you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Who sees your information
- Supplier sales representatives, only in conversations you are part of, and only what is needed to manage your account with that supplier. We never share one supplier's prices with another supplier.
- Service providers that help us run the service, such as text messaging, payment processing and secure hosting. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- We may combine pricing data from all member restaurants into anonymized market data that cannot identify you or your restaurant.
How we protect it
Supplier logins, tax IDs and ID documents are stored encrypted in a secure vault and are never sent by text. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your order and pricing history, including after you cancel, to maintain accurate market data. You may ask us to delete your contact details, logins and ID documents at any time by emailing scarlet@askmolla.com.
