These terms govern your use of Ask Molla, a service of Azemi LLC, Batesville, Arkansas. By signing up you agree to them.
What the service is
Ask Molla ("Scarlet") compares prices from the food suppliers you use and suggests where each item may be cheaper. Scarlet only makes suggestions. We never place orders for you, and you alone decide what to buy, from whom, and in what quantity, including meeting any supplier minimums.
Accuracy
Prices come from your supplier accounts and are checked at the time we look them up. Suppliers change prices and products without notice. Product matches between brands are estimates; confirm any replacement product with your sales representative before switching. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions you make.
Your supplier accounts
You authorize us to access your supplier accounts with the logins you provide, and to communicate with supplier representatives on your behalf in conversations that include you. You confirm you are allowed to grant this access. With your permission, we may complete supplier credit applications using the information you provide.
Fees
The first month is $600, which includes setup. Each month after is $295, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are not refunded.
Data
We keep your order and pricing history, including after cancellation, and may use it in anonymized form as described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Ask Molla about your orders, supplier prices and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation text. Reply HELP for help or contact scarlet@askmolla.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
